United States of America - October 5, 2018 - The People PAC urges swing state senators to vote 'no' on the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. Its essential the people of the United States know the highest judicial body in the country can remain objective, impartial, and unbiased. As a supreme court justice, Mr. Kavanaugh's lies under oath seed too much doubt.
The pressing issue is the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. He is unfit, and time is of the essence to persuade swing senators to vote NO on his nomination: We urge Senator Susan Collins of Maine, Jeff Flake of Arizona, and Joe Manchin of West Virginia to join Lisa Murkowski in voting no. "Our people, our courts, our country can do better," said Mara Gerstein, Executive Director of the People PAC. "A lifetime appointment means a lifetime of doubt on the most critical rulings. Senators Murkowski, Collins, Flake and Manchin must vote no to preserve their legacy as acting for the people and maintaining democracy."
Several resistance media groups, including the Collective Agency, The People PAC, and the Creative Resistance, came together to produce the 'Kavanaugh Lies' video in 24 hours to illuminate questions of Brett Kavanaugh's honesty and partisanship that the senate failed to sufficiently explore ahead of a lifetime appointment.
